The official reply would be "Ahh... that shows that our ERP is working and the price increases are justified." However, if you had used a photo of a congested road, the reply would be "We need a multi-prong approach to control traffic congestion. If it is still congested, then we will need to build another gantry there and/or raise the ERP even more." So either way, motorists can't win. Nice photo. A cannon, I mean, Canon shot?

The overhead bridge is between the mosque and SPH. I took this photo in the direction of the Bishan-Braddell flyover. You can see the distinctive silhouette of a Bishan East point block just to the right. SPH HQ is obscured by the huge crown of a tree on the left. You’re right, Chun See.
