And if this is just the beta version, then the final video when it comes out should be quite something :) On another note, hang in there with your training ok - RT, gym, running & everything else. Thing is, all of us well know it takes time & patience to see results, but we don't like to admit that cos we all hope for quicker results. Bloody human nature ...... :p And hey, maybe now you should consider trying out the Toddycats briskwalks. We live so close & there's nothing like having good company around when doing these things to make it a lot more bearable & enjoyable. Give it a shot next time & see what you think yeah - you'll never know till you try, right? :) Ya, this is pretty good man.
