Sometimes I think technology makes communication more complicated than before. Sure, technology may have helped by offering more commuication options but along the way, humans have forgotten how to communicate simply. Maybe we need to go back to basics, not least of all the "human touch". eh, as a person working in the marketing field, may i say that this symptom is not just privy to the marketing field.
