This two-month old blog is dedicated to shaming the Parking Idiots in Singapore.
You know, those who park too close to another lot or worse, those who take up two lots. Those who park with their cars jutting out. Those who park diagonally. Those who park on double-yellow lines. Wannabe Self-proclaimed rally car drivers who think they should be allowed to park off-road.
Mind you, it’s not just big car owners who can’t park. Small car owners are just as bad. Not to be outdone, some motorcyclists show that they can’t park either. Even… cyclists!
The best one? Policemen can’t park properly too.
If you spot a parking idiot, take a photo with your camera – the wonders of mobile phones – and email it to parkingidiot [at] cooltoad [dot] com. You can also print out these handy labels and keep them in your glove compartment for the appropriate occasion.
Thanks Anand, for highlighting this blog. You should blog. (See? I can’t link back to you ‘cos you don’t blog. Actually, I’m not even sure you are reading this.) Email has other uses. =P
Parking Idiots in Singapore was also featured on Mr Miyagi’s blog. I missed his Today article, and I wasn’t subscribed to his feed ’til recently.
Hooray for civic-conscious bloggers!
P.S. To my Malaysian friends… stop sniggering. ;)
