I don't think Mr Galbiati is going to open another branch. What makes it special is that he cooks all the stuff himself. It's just not going to be the same if he gets someone else to run a branch (or worse, a franchised) outlet.</description>

Sounds a bit &lt;I&gt;atas&lt;/I&gt; to me but I reckon it's worth a try, considering that I'm fast losing makan options in Singapore!</description>
